Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in the Recruitment of Workers to Public Institutions and Organizations, and in accordance with Article 4/D of Law No. 657 and the Labor Law No. 4857, the oral examinations for candidates who applied to be employed at our University as Permanent Workers (Garden Maintenance and Cleaning Services) under the status of “Formerly Convicted Persons / Persons Injured in the Fight Against Terrorism Without Being Considered Disabled” will be held on 04.12.2025 at 09:00 at the Prof. Dr. Ümit Doğay Arınç Cultural Center, located on our University’s Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Campus.
The list of candidates eligible to attend the exam and their exam participation order will be announced at a later date.

Candidates are required to submit the documents listed below to the Personnel Department located in the Rectorate Building on our University’s Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Campus by the end of business on 24.11.2025.
Candidates who fail to submit the required documents within the specified time will not be admitted to the oral examination.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

1. Recently issued Certificate for Formerly Convicted Persons obtained from the Public Prosecutor’s Offices (indicating whether the applicant qualifies for the rights granted to formerly convicted individuals)

2. Copy of National Identity Card (Identity Card or Photocopy of ID)

3. Education Certificate
   (E-government printout or original document—if submitted with the original, the institution will certify the copy as a true copy and return the original to the applicant.)
