Employment Rights Earned by Substitute Candidates (Announcement Dated 20.11.2023)

Important Note: According to the results announced by applying to the 4 / B Contracted Personnel recruitment of our University dated 20.11.2023 dated 20.11.2023, the candidates who are among the candidates who are entitled to be employed as Noble or Substitute Candidates who are entitled to be placed on the website of our University and who are among the candidates who have submitted the necessary documents to start working, who want to waive their right to be placed due to placement in another institution, etc. and who do not inform our University about the waiver. Candidates who want to waive their right to settlement due to reasons such as placement in another institution and who do not inform our University about the waiver must fill in and sign the attached WAIVER LETTER and send the signed copy to the e-mail address personel@cbu.edu.tr in jpeg or pdf format. Candidates who do not submit documents to our university within the deadline do not need to send a waiver petition.

Application Form / Place / Duration for Substitute Candidates:

According to the results of our University's Contracted Personnel Recruitment Announcement to be employed in accordance with Article 4 / B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 dated 20.11.2023 dated 20.11.2023, the list of reserve candidates who have the right to be placed instead of the candidates who did not apply within the deadline or waived their right to be placed is explained below. In the announced list, the candidates whose names are specified as the candidates who are entitled to be placed from the reserve candidates must apply to the Manisa Celal Bayar University Rectorate Personnel Department in person (or by a notary proxy) until the end of working hours on Tuesday, 30.04.2024, together with the following requested documents. In the application within the specified period 

Candidates who submit the requested documents in full will be subjected to Archival Research in accordance with the provision 3/(1) of the Law No. 7315 on Security Investigation and Archival Research published in the Official Gazette dated 17.04.2021 and numbered 31457, “Archival research is conducted on those who will be appointed or reappointed to civil service or public office for the first time, regardless of their status and form of employment.” After the positive results of the Archival Research, candidates will be notified to sign their service contracts and start their duties within the calendar to be determined.

Among the candidates announced as substitutes; Instead of the candidates who do not apply until the end of the application period, who apply and then waive their right, who are later determined not to meet the conditions of the announcement and whose archive research results negatively, placement will be made in order according to the results announced from the reserve candidates until the number of positions specified in the announcement for each qualification code is completed. In case there is a reserve candidate, the announcement regarding the list of reserve candidates who are entitled to be placed will be announced on the website of our University www.mcbu.edu.tr.

Since this announcement will be in the nature of notification, no further notification will be made to those concerned.

Documents Required from Candidates Eligible for Placement:

1-) Application Petition (The attached petition will be filled in)

2-) Graduation certificate. (photocopy of graduation certificate or diploma with QR code received via e-government)

3-) Medical board (delegation) report obtained from a Full-fledged Hospital, showing that there is no obstacle to working in the title in which he/she will work. (For example; health board report with the phrases "Can work as Support Personnel (Cleaning, Distribution and Transportation)", "Can work as a nurse".) (NOTE: Since the Health Board Report process may take a long time, candidates must submit the requested health board report to the service contract at the application stage. You can apply by filling out the attached Health Status Declaration Form, which you will need to sign and submit before starting your duty.)

4-) Criminal Record Certificate (can be obtained with a QR code via the e-government portal)

5-) Military Service Status Certificate for male candidates (Those who have completed their military service will submit a discharge certificate showing the dates and status of their military service. Those with Postponed/Exempt Military Service can submit a military status certificate obtained via e-government)

6-) Property Declaration Declaration Form (Both pages of the attached form will be manually filled and signed by the candidate)

7-) 6 (six) passport size photographs.

8-) Photocopy of Identity Card or ID Card

9-) Social Security Institution (SGK) approved service record for previously employed candidates (can be obtained as a barcoded document via the e-government portal)

10-) In case of previous service in Public Institutions, a service certificate obtained from the institution where the employee worked shows these services.

Note: As it is known; In accordance with Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, "those employed in this way, if their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to their acts contrary to the principles of the service contract or if they terminate the contract unilaterally, except for the exceptions determined by the decision of the President within the contract period, from the termination date, if they do not renew the contract, from the end of the contract." "They cannot be employed in contracted personnel positions of institutions unless one year has passed since then."
