The Manisa Celal Bayar University Higher Education Foundation will provide a monthly scholarship of 2,500 TL to associate, undergraduate, and graduate students between October 2025 and June 2026. Interested students must apply to the student affairs offices of their respective faculties, schools, vocational schools, or institutes by the end of the working day on Friday, October 24, 2025, along with the required documents listed below.
The applicant’s family must not possess any property registered in their name.
The applicant must not be receiving a scholarship from KYK or any other organization or association.
The applicant must not be employed under social security (SGK).
Application Letter (Handwritten, describing the applicant and their family).
Social Security Registration and Service Statement (Can be obtained via e-Government).
Population Registration Certificate (Can be obtained via e-Government).
Transcript (Not required for preparatory class and first-year students).
Photocopy of National ID Card.
One passport-size photograph.
Document showing that neither the applicant nor their family owns property (Can be obtained from the “Land Registry Information Inquiry” section on e-Government).
Student Certificate (Can be obtained via e-Government).
Note: Applications submitted after October 24, 2025 will not be accepted.
