IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE LUNCH ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Applicants must be first education (daytime) students enrolled in a formal education program at our university.
(Foreign students, non-thesis graduate students, and evening education students are not eligible to apply.)
Applicants must be successful students with limited financial means.
The following students may benefit from lunch assistance without being subject to the announcement or evaluation process, provided that they submit a request:
a) Students who can document that they are national athletes,
b) Students with a disability rate of 40% or more, as certified by a medical report,
c) Students whose mother, father, or sibling is a martyr or veteran, as documented,
d) Students who have achieved distinction in scientific, cultural, artistic, or sports activities on behalf of the university.
Students who wish to benefit from the lunch assistance must complete the Lunch Assistance Application Form available on sks.mcbu.edu.tr between October 20, 2025 and October 31, 2025, and submit it to the student affairs office of their respective school.
(Students attending the preparatory class at the School of Foreign Languages should apply through the school to which they are registered.)
Students who meet the conditions specified in Article 3 of the general requirements must submit their applications directly to the Health, Culture, and Sports Department (SKS Directorate).
Applications containing incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information will be considered invalid.
Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
The list of students eligible for lunch assistance and the dates during which they may benefit from it will be announced on the university’s official website.
