The 4th EGEKAF Career Fair, organized under the coordination of the Presidency Human Resources Office with the slogans "Talent is Everywhere" and "You Are at the End of the Job," will take place in Manisa in February, hosted by Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBÜ).

The EGEKAF 2025 fair is set to be held in Manisa, one of Turkey's most prominent cities in terms of industrial potential. The event, the 4th edition in the Aegean Region, will take place on 26-27 February 2025 at the Şehzadeler campus of Manisa Celal Bayar University, with contributions from Manisa Governorship, Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, and Manisa Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The fair will feature participation from universities across the Aegean Region, 15 partner universities, and representatives from 7 cities.

The first meeting for EGEKAF was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar, the Rector of Manisa Celal Bayar University, with the participation of Mehmet Yılmaz, Chairman of the Board of Manisa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Funda Karaboran, Regional Director of Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. During the meeting, a roadmap was developed for the activities to be carried out as part of the fair program.

At the fair, aimed at increasing the employability of young people and providing equal opportunities for accessing job and internship opportunities, students and graduates will be able to obtain information about job and internship opportunities, career options, and more from the HR representatives of various companies. Participants will also have the chance to engage in personal and professional development activities, panels, interview simulations, and interviews with company representatives.

With a wide range of activities, discussions, competitions, and hackathons, EGEKAF is expected to attract broad participation. The fair is also anticipated to make a significant contribution to the promotion of Manisa.
