A "Future Technicians Dissemination Panel" was organized at Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBU) with the collaboration of the MCBU Lifelong Learning Application and Research Center, Manisa Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Enerjisa Üretim AŞ, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The event was held at the Prof. Ümit Doğay Arınç Cultural Center.

The panel addressed critical issues regarding the future of the sector and the development of young technicians. It was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çetin, faculty members, and a large number of students.

The speakers included Prof. Dr. Cihangir Alaca, Director of Manisa Vocational School of Technical Sciences, Dr. Cenk Yoldaş, Director of the MCBU Lifelong Learning Application and Research Center, Fatih Çay, Academy Leader at Enerjisa Üretim, and Özen Tümer, Gender Equality and Economic Inclusion Leader at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

During the panel, innovative projects in the energy sector were discussed, along with how young technicians could play a more active role in these projects. The critical role young technicians will play in advancing developments in the energy sector and in promoting sustainable energy solutions was emphasized. Participants had the opportunity to ask experts directly about industry-related topics during the Q&A session at the end of the panel.

Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çetin emphasized that such collaborations significantly contribute to students' professional development. He also stated that similar events would be organized in the future, and that the university would strengthen its sectoral collaborations to enhance students' knowledge and experiences.

The panel concluded with the presentation of certificates of appreciation and a group photo.
