President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan paid a visit to Manisa.
Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar, Rector of Manisa Celal Bayar University, together with Manisa Governor Vahdettin Özkan and other protocol members, took part in the welcoming ceremony.
