Rector of Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBÜ), Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar, hosted the student teams who won first place at TEKNOFEST Northern Cyprus 2025, along with their academic advisors, in her office. The students brought great pride to the university with their achievements in various categories.

During the visit, the PAGİT Spektrum – DEEPNETS team, which won first place in the Environment and Energy Technologies category, and the OptiTech 2 OptiFuture project team, which secured first place in the TÜBİTAK Presentation Awards, shared details about their competition journey and presented their awards to Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar.

Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar expressed her gratitude to the students and their academic advisors for bringing honor to the university with their achievements in science and technology. She stated, “The determination and success of our young people give us hope for the future. We will continue to support every initiative that contributes to the national technology movement.”

In appreciation, the students presented Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar with a plaque to thank her for the support provided during the competition process. At the end of the visit, Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar wished the students success and ease in their ongoing projects.
