ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE COMMISSION DECISION ON MANISA CELAL BAYAR UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF INSTITUTIONAL TRANSFER AND EXTERNAL TRANSFER REGULATION

As per the annexed decision dated 02.05.2024 and numbered 2024/117 of the President, our University has been allocated 6 (six) positions for appointments to civil servant positions for the year 2024, whether by direct recruitment or transfer. Therefore, in accordance with Article 15 of the relevant Regulation, the quota for external transfer requests has been determined as 1 (one) position, representing 25% of the total, and in case of equal scoring, priority will be given as follows, as stated in Article 12 (6) of the Manisa Celal Bayar University Administrative Staff Internal Transfer and External Transfer Regulation: 'In case of equality in scoring, priority is given respectively to personnel with longer actual service period at our University, personnel with longer actual service period in total civil service, and personnel with spousal status excuse score, health condition excuse score, and education condition excuse score.'

Furthermore, in case of the publication of a presidential decision regarding additional appointments, the quota for transfer requests will be redefined by our Commission in accordance with the ranking in the attached table and announced on our University's website.
