Our Erasmus+ KA220 iNCLUSION project, funded by the European Union Presidency National Agency, aims to "Train Higher Education Students to Create Transformative Cultural Experiences for Individuals with Special Needs." The project is coordinated by TÜBA (Turkish Academy of Sciences) and is implemented in collaboration with Anadolu University (Eskisehir), SOBE Special Education and Rehabilitation Center (Konya), SEALS (Netherlands), the Balkan Museums Association (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Artifactory (Greece).
Within the scope of this project, we aim to collect information on services for individuals with special needs in the field of cultural heritage through the surveys we have developed. Our objectives include identifying needs and training competent experts in the tourism sector. The research intends to enhance accessibility and inclusivity in cultural heritage areas and ensure that every member of society can enjoy and benefit from cultural heritage assets and tourism resources.
